PROS: Friendly support (mostly). Uptime is very good, close to 100% or should I say almost 100% most of the time. There are some guys that are very knowledgeable and are willing to make extra step to help you out.
CONS: After a while the support (sales) chat freezes and does not accept any more text and the support (or sales) agent stops responding. All of a sudden chat closes and you can’t get any chat transcript from it. Chat support or sales specialists are not very knowledgeable and they keep on sending from one to another. Liquid Web interface could be much more intuitive and much better designed than it is now. Confusing interface. Some tickets, and quite a few indeed, are left unanswered and unaddressed. Some tickets are closed as “Resolved” while left unresolved. Speed is slow or lacking.
