Do you want to redirect your commenters to a thank you page? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to redirect commenter to thank you post or page in WordPress.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:
To update the page in the code, simply change wp_redirect('/page/'); and replace /page/ with whatever page you would like wp_redirect('/thank-you/');.
add_filter('comment_post_redirect', 'redirect_after_comment');
function redirect_after_comment(){
wp_redirect('/page/');
exit();
}
