I found the customer service to be rude and ineffective. I alerted the SiteGround team that my websites were experiencing a brute force attack and they did nothing to help me. After one of my websites was hacked I asked them if the malware that was installed on one of my websites could spread to my other websites I was told no it could not. WRONG. When I hired my own tech to go in and remove the malware the techs never unlocked my site to allow access for him to fix my code. Instead they tried to sell me on a $200 service to remove the malware. I found other hosting sites to be more friendly and with better customer service. I would not recommend SiteGround to anyone.
