I was thinking about opening an account based on the Wordpress ‘Growbig’ offer but found the wording quite confusing. When they state on their website a special offer of £5.75 p/month I expected to sign up for a year and pay monthly £5.75 p/month and after that the special price would revert to the normal rate for the next year.
Wrong! If you sign up for a year and pay in advance then you get it at the special rate shown for that year.
I hope they can make this a little clearer, I had to go online on a web chat to clear the matter up and pre-sales support was quite quick for a Sunday afternoon so top marks for that! I’m still considering going with them based on all the reviews here but need to close my existing VPS down first.
