They force you to renew a service by billing you 15 days in advance BEFORE expiration without any authorization from your side.
If you cancel the service to avoid any billing , they immediately close, regardless of your initial contract date and you have nothing left, neither your money nor the current service!

I get email notification from siteground yesterday that my subscription expired and deactivate my site, that means within 7 days it will be automatic delete the data in my hosting plan.
Because if worried i talk online chat and he help me, i ask a favor not delete my data because i will settle my account by the end of the month because my salary will arrive that time.
So he make a notification of that to their system and he tell me not to worry anymore and the data will be safe as is as i left it. Thank you very much for a super quick action and with live chat you dont have to wait for long time. Briliant idea.
