Are you looking for a way to remove the Comments metabox? This snippet will remove the Comments metabox from your post editor.


All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:

function remove_post_comments_metabox() {
       remove_meta_box( 'commentstatusdiv','post','normal' );
