Had an issue with SSL issued from another hosting company before I moved to GreenGeeks and they got me sorted out, even with very short notice as Black Friday was approaching. I even made a mistake and asked them to cancel (really meant to cancel with my old host) but they sorted everything out, with time to spare.

I sent an email request around 1:30am (Saturday), and received a solution 3 minutes later.
The issue was actually a security measure that I had instigated (too many stfp attempts + wrong pass) I’ve never had any other issues with GreekGeeks. Highly recommend their business.
I’m still fairly new to GreenGeeks (August 2016) and have been pretty well pleased with their service. There were a few times I needed to speak with support and they’ve done very well at getting back to me in a timely manner and have always been helpful.

All my sites on GG are reasonably fast, low spam even if they are well ranked.
I was very glad when they open their hosting plans to other domains then .ca .com .org and now you can purchase a plan without a domain. This way I can now suggest Greengeeks to all my customer.
Their support is very efficient. Just to mention, about a year ago, when a security update of Filezilla was released all the connections where passed over TLS if not an SSL was detected. A little change on the server was required as mentioned in the FileZilla forum to make FZ works. Most Hosting providers just reply to me “Use some other client” (sure, but less secure then FZ), Greengeeks tech support upgrade my ticket to support level 2 and JUST FIX IT. You know what this mean for a shared hosting plan?
So GreenGeeks is perfect? No, nobody is. For exemple FTP protocol is not much fast, so when I need to manually update my sites it takes a bit… but who cares when everything else work so good?
Their Support is okay, as long as you’re not asking for a refund. They don’t return money. I had them for six years and after I requested they cancel my account, they renewed it anyway. It was over $178 and I’ve been fighting for a refund. I even disputed my credit card, but they convinced them it was a legitimate charge and I didn’t cancel.

Moved to green geeks from site 5 after they quit answering tech support requests. I moved to site 5 from hostgator after they quit answering support requests. This is my 6th or 7th hosting provider, I really hope they don’t get bought out by a huge conglomeration, that seems to be the death knell for hosting companies.
So far I’ve been pretty happy with the service. Had a problem with support earlier this week when all my sites went down, the live chat tech wanted me to log into my cpanel.
