Just finished with a Support chat with Siteground. The level of knowledge these guys have is amazing. As regards Dedicated servers etc. I have no experience but with Shared Hosting I work with other hosting companies also for legacy reasons. But I am actively moving everything over to Siteground. Other hosters only support very specific issues and usually within a narrow range. But Siteground are exceptional. I could not praise them enough. Keep up the good work.

I switched to SiteGround from Host Gator a few years ago, and have never regretted the decision. Not only are they great on all the technical stuff that I know is important but don’t understand (my website is up 100% of the time, so I know they’re doing something right!), but their customer service alone is worth switching from any other hosting service. Live chat associates reply pretty much immediately – I believe the longest I’ve ever had to wait is about 15 seconds.
SiteGround gets a 10 in my book! If you’re an advanced techie person, you’ll appreciate all of their techie stuff. If you’re pretty much able to toddle through most of your blog posts without blowing anything up, but have questions any time a WordPress problem crops up – they’re there to either walk you through fixing it, or they’ll fix it and then give you the link to the resources so you can fix it yourself the next time (if you want to).
