Snippets by IsItWP

Are you looking for a way to redirect your feed to FeedBurner? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to redirect your feed to FeedBurner.

Instructions:

All you have to do is add this code to .htaccess file:

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
 RewriteEngine on
 RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !FeedBurner    [NC]
 RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !FeedValidator [NC]
 RewriteRule ^feed/?([_0-9a-z-]+)?/?$ http://feeds.feedburner.com/feedname [R=302,NC,L]
</IfModule>

Note: If this is your first time adding code snippets in WordPress, then please refer to our guide on how to properly add code snippets in WordPress, so you don’t accidentally break your site.
